Bizdepot was founded in 1999 by Romy Kho, who converted the front of his Internet café into a "while-you-wait" print center. Three years later, three other locations opened in Cebu City, heralding the beginning of the quick printing industry in Cebu City. Since those early days, Bizdepot has continued to Distinguish itself as an industry leader. By 2001, Bizdepot was the first instant printer to target the growing business' printing market. Reflecting the company's expanding full service capabilities and decision to aim for the much larger, more sophisticated business-printing market place, Bizdepot introduced a dynamic new logo and retail store design in 2002.

In 2001, Bizdepot stores began marketing short-run, affordable full-color printing as consumers sought ways to communicate their business messages more effectively through the use of colorful brochures, newsletters and presentation materials.
In 2004, Bizdepot will be the first printing chain to offer a private label credit card. The Bizdepot Business Resource Card® offers a valuable service to Bizdepot customers while enabling Bizdepot owners to better manage their accounts receivables, improve cash flow and profitability.
